TMC - Thriving Multicultural Communities is proud to be a provider of the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative. Through this program, TMC currently delivers three key programs: Ready for Work, Community Foundation Skills, and Skill Up. Combined, these programs allow us to offer several Certificate courses that help job seekers gain the skills, qualifications, and experience they need to enter and stay in the workforce. Participation is completely free, with no hidden costs involved.

Further, TMC provides tailored support and has partnered with RTO's flexible learning options at several training locations around the Gold Coast. By fostering workforce readiness and enhancing community skills, TMC plays a vital role in supporting the economic growth and resilience of our diverse communities.

Ready For Work Initiative

The Ready for Work program assists disadvantaged Queenslanders to transition into the workforce by providing them with the practical skills they need to successfully find work.
